What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and emergency contact; your plan and payment history; and the date you accepted our terms and waiver. If you ask to hear when a service opens, your email and that request. We don't collect health answers on this site.

Why

To run your membership, take payment, keep you safe at the gym and contact you about Prime Fitness.

Cards

Nomba handles your card. If you choose automatic renewal, Nomba gives us a token we store in encrypted form to charge renewals. We never see or store your full card number.

Who sees it

Prime Fitness staff, and the providers that run this service: Nomba for payments, Supabase for data storage, Resend for email and Vercel for hosting. Some may process data outside Nigeria. We don't sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing info@primefitness.ng. We keep payment records for as long as the law requires.
